Resume and Portfolio Box Design
When looking for design position I found it difficult to make myself stand out from the crowd... I had an epiphany! Since I have an extensive background in screen printing, I thought I would use it to my advantage and design a type of resume that could be held and be used as a centerpiece of my capabilities.

SMI Arms Shot Show booth
SMI Arms is a firearm manufacturer based out of Lenexa, KS and competes on a national level with some big hitters in the industry. It was my job to develop and fabricate a booth for Shot Show in Las Vegas to help them stand out. Booth, firearm fixtures, multimedia center, and furniture were all on my plate to execute, all with the intent of making everything mobile and easy to dismantle and ship across the country.

Bowling Alley production table
As a look was developed for the interior of the office on InQuest Marketing, I was ask by the President to design and fabricate a custom and functional production table. The table was built to be used at a standing level to promote ease of use and productivity. The top is a repurposed bowling alley lane with a sturdy base constructed of square tubing and industrial rollers to help with moving this monster. I absolutely loved building this table!

Government training facility fiberglass dome
I'm not entirely sure how I was included in presenting a contract to the US Government for building a 10 foot tall dome 8 foot across but here it is! This was an installation to be use to train the government military in foreign soil scenarios. Blueprints, hardware, and finishes all had to be provided before construction could even begin. I had experience in fiberglass and making molds but no where close to this scale. It was a huge learning curve and I welcomed the challenge.

1974 Honda CB 750 upgraded swingarm
I always strive to find ways to separate my projects from what everyone else is doing. Doing so has taught me so many new and difficult skillsets that have opened more opportunities and brought more advanced projects to my attention. Even though this is a small part, BIG ideas were born through working on it. Making this swing arm allowed me to run a larger tire, reduce the use of 2 shocks to one, and streamlined the look of the stock factory motorcycle frame.
